  1. You have 400k on your email list and only expect 5k to show up to the conference? I feel like your goals need to be higher and your target audience may need to be adjusted quite a bit. I don’t understand why anyone who owns a business small or large would NOT want to attend this event.

  2. Oh no! That's terrible. Don't feel bad, Jen. I have probably done something similar but, man, I can certainly feel the sting of embarrassment this must have been.

Eric Fisher! Sporting a TMNT shirt. Awesome. Looks like the classic from the late 80s/early 90s. I never missed an episode in the morning before going to school. How do you like the reboot version?

I hate computer updates too, Michael. I know the intention is to make the user experience better but it always seems like something goes wrong after an update. It's so frustrating.

  3. #Quality over size in terms of a cleaner email list, I totally agree with, Michael. Best decision for you. Great, The Journey episode! See you's later on the livestream! (& oh, have a terrific w/end 🤘)

  4. Stay till after the credits. You do not want to miss it

  5. Not long now!! Really looking forward to it! 😀😀

  6. you're upping your 'value provision' game every week
    thanks for this
loving how the show's evolved over just 15 episodes

oh and tell Eric Fisher I have the same TMNT t-shirt and it's one of my favorites lol

  7. The 105,000 that didn't open or take action, may include some people who don't load images automatically (myself included)… and thus don't show up as opened. However, I'm guessing your email provider ran that list against click-throughs too. If someone hasn't clicked through an email in 6 months they likely aren't a good email newsletter recipient… in which case scrubbing the 105k individiuals would make sense.

  8. Awesome. love this series!

  9. Wow, I'm early.
